MIDI LEARN Feature?

I currently am using a Roland TD-10 and it is VERY easy to assign the midi note to the corresponding pad number. Although not ALL MIDI equipment is that easy. For instance, I also have a Roland Handsonic HPD-15. I would like to be able to simply press a LEARN button, then hit the trigger pad I want assigned and done. Is this feature available in Beatstation and I just have not found it?

Pads and Bass/Keyboard notes are fixed but you easily reassign sounds in BTS.
Or do I misunderstand?

The pads are fixed assignment, so your saying to change the sounds on each pad, rather then changing the assignment? For example 61-70 are also fixed pad numbers on the Handsonic. So you are saying to find the pads with numbers 61-70 , then change the sounds on each pad? Do you have a list of pad assignments for Beatstation? Thanks..

OK, 60-119 are fixed for the Lead instrument in Beatstation, so you will need something else in between the Handsonic and Beatstation to transform the notes if they can’t be changed in the Handsonic.
