There are enormous numbers of midi grooves in 4/4 time in SD3 and in many SDZ packs. If I wanted to construct a song using the midi grooves available, am I only able to use what is there? There are many songs in other tempos such as 3/4. Not very many grooves that are of any use in 3/4. Is there a way to utilize or convert a 4/4 groove into 3/4 or any other time signature? I bought several SDX packs today to find out the majority of the grooves are in 4/4 time signature

If you go to the link link below you will find a page with all of the Drum MIDI Grooves you can purchase from Toontrack. Clicking on any of the icons will take you to a page for that product that, among other things, will give you the time signatures that are included in that groove package.

I also write in many different time signatures and oddgrooves is another company that provides grooves in many different time sigs.

I hope this helps!
