Midi files in a commercial production

Hi,

Is it legal to use Ezdrummer midi files with other drums/percussion software in a commercial production?
For example if i want to add another layer or maybe replace certain part with different sounds.

Also, would that be a breach of EULA if i use a drums only solo track created with EZdrummer or with its midi files (in a commercial production)?

Hi,

what you are describing would be regular use and not breaching any EULA.
What would be, is if you provide a client the Toontrack MIDI files or separated audio files per hit.
