When you are exporting your MIDI from the Tracker, what is your Tempo setting in the top left corner of the Export. I set it to Tracker Tempo Map and the MIDI exports conforming to Logic’s BPM.

None of the selections seem to work “Follow host…”, “Tracker Tempo Map”, etc. I’m even using a simple 4 to the floor sample clip. This was literally working yesterday, so I’m so confused. I’ve tried everything resetting settings (even though I never touched them other than shortcuts), exporting from the clip at the bottom of the plug in etc.

Do you always have to click “find tempo” when loading your samples?

I didn’t have to do much. The recordings were rather clear so it picked up not only the tempo, but was also able to distinguish all of the kit pieces from a single audio file. It’s hard to pinpoint your issue without hearing the file you’re trying to use.

Here’s a video I took of the issue. Note how the midi notes don’t even line up with the original sample

    Hi,

I have a slight problem seeing everything in your video on my iPad but I think it’s related to the loop being 90 bpm and stretched to 109 bpm by Live on your track.

Have you tried first dragging the tracked MIDI to you Song Track and see if it syncs with Follow Host?

You mean the Song Track in the plug in? Yeah. I feel like I’ve tried everything. Is the expectation that when I place audio in Tracker, it should sync the sample clip to the my host bpm if it isn’t already? Or does one always have to “Find Tempo”?
