Midi drum loop packs, more beats?

Hi all,

I bought one of the MIDI Drum packs (Soul Groove). I like the overall format which is about 7  main beats and all the fills and variations, chorus, bridge etc. But I was expecting a lot more beats and variations.

Are all Toontrack MIDI packacges like this?

What about the kit expansion packs?

Any 3rd part drum libraries that are more generous?

Have you took a look at the Edit Play Style section of S3? You can take a single simple groove and, with a few tweaks, you can make many variations from it. Even save them in a Custom User folder to use later. See the video below. It used EZD2 but the same function is available in S3.
