midi device not staying checked in SD3

I have 2 ED8 and an ED4 (eDrummin). The ED8 boxes both always default to being enabled in SD3 Midi settings. But every time I open SD3, I have to go into midi settings and check the box again to enable the ED4. Anyone know how to get this to stick so I don’t have to enable it everytime?

anyone out there that can help with this please? Why is my one module not staying checked in midi settings? Seems like that two ED8 boxes that are daisy chained together default to being enabled when starting SD3 but the lone ED4 box connected to USB hub does not. I have to check it each time. Not life ending or anything but just super annoying to have to go and enable it every time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
