Midi Database Error

I’ve been using this with no problem for years then one day I get ” Mismatch of Versions between database and plugin.

I have downloaded the latest Product manager and spent the last three days uninstalling everything and reinstalling thinking that would help. I’m back to the same problem? What’s going on here? More importantly how can I fix it if installing the latest of everything doesn’t work.

Honestly I never had a problem until the new product manager. Anyone else ever have this issue?
