MIDI data from SD3 to Reaper. Instruments getting mixed up.

I’m using a WAV file of a guitar and bass track as track 1 in Reaper, and using track 2 for SD3.  I record the track in SD3 only, then click and drag the MIDI track, once completed, into the track in Reaper.  For whatever reason, the instruments are rearranging once moved.  The bass drum is now the floor tom, the rack toms are cymbals, etc.  Is this a SD3 problem, Reaper problem, or user error?

 

Edit:  To clarify, the instruments are carrying over into Reaper, and once in Reaper, instruments are incorrect.

Hi,

 

the only thing I can think of is that the Reaper Instrument Track has some kind of Transpose active, like in my screen shot.
