MIDI chart to help for DrumMap creating…

P’tit lu all…
I plan to edit DrumMaps for Cocktail, Modern, Vintage, and Pop/Rock EZXs in Cubase 7.5.
To do that, I’d like to take a look to the MIDI implementation chart of EZD2, but I can’t find it in the Owner Manual PDF and can’t find any other PDF on the TT website.
Is anybody have its MIDI Chart?

In the top right corner of EZD2, click on ‘Menu’
Mouse over ‘Sound Libraries’
Mouse over the ‘Kit/Library’ you want
Click on ‘Midi Layout’
