I purchased the Metalhead EZX yesterday as a download and I’m having trouble authorizing it. When I first call it up, it asks me to authorize it for my computer. Since I downloaded it, the product is already listed under MY Products. However, when I try to input my Computer ID as listed in the EZD Metalheads authorization dialog into the register Web page for this product, it keeps telling me that “The computer ID you provided is not in the correct format. Check your code and try again.” There is no way to actually COPY it directly, so I wrote it down on paper but I’m 100% sure that I’m inputting it right EXCEPT that the first two characters which are a “$” and a small “y” which looks like it has two dots over it, so I just used a y for the latter.
What am I doing wrong?
