Metal Machine drumkit does not show in drumkit seleciton

Hi – I have just purchased EZDrummer 2 yesterday and also purchased the Metal Machine expansion pack. Installed everything via Toontrack Product Manager. I cannot get EZD2 to show the drumkit in the orange box in the top right corner, or in the selection for individual drums. I can see all the midi files in the library. How can I get the Metal Machine drumkit to show? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything few times with no results.

I am running Win 10 64 bit.

Taking a look at your account, it looks like you have the Metal Machine MIDI pack and not the Metal Machine EZX.
