Mellotoon will not load presets

No mater what preset I chose in the Mellotron EZ Keys it still plays the same sound. Am I missing something? Example, I select Mixed Brass or Viola and I get the same sound

I don’t have that issue. What version numbers is your EZkeys player and your Mellotoon? Is this in standalone mode or in a DAW? If in a DAW, which DAW? What are you system specs?
