I bought a new desktop and unauthorized my old one. I installed EZDrummer through the Product Manager and had to reinstall Windows a couple times because I was having serious issues with Windows. Anyway, I need to Authorize my EZDrummer2 software which I purchased, but it is saying I’ve reached the “limit of standard use”.
I went through the process of filling out the form on the Contact Support page about a week ago but have not heard anything back and can still not authorize. Please help.
