I am having issues with the mapping and trigger settings with EZdrummer 3 on my KAT KT300. The first issue is the cymbal chokes. With my KAT kit, I can activate the cymbal chokes on my 2 crashes and ride cymbal after I hit them. With EZdrummer I cannot mute them after I grab them. I can assign the chokes to a cymbal or tom or whatever, but I want it to be realistic and play how I would with an acoustic set. The other problem I am having is assigning the sidestick/rim of my snare drum. I think I am experiencing cross talk with my snare. When I try to map it, it either makes the rim and the snare drum the center or it makes both of them the sidestick/rim. This is weird because with the toms I can map the center and the rims, but not with my snare. I’ve tried messing with the midi settings in my module, but it still had problems with the cross talk. If anyone could help me with this problem I would be forever grateful. I’ve been researching everywhere and cannot find any answers.
