I uninstalled, restarted and downloaded, reinstalled, restarted. This what was in a FAQ and a support forum. Why not just make it a download also, why such a pain. Same for EZMIX as it is wit EZKEYS. Fricken PDF would be easier.
I am not in front of a PC right now but on my Mac, the PDFs for EZkeys, EZmix 2, etc. are in a Toontrack folder inside my system’s ‘Documentation’ folder.
Of course they should open when you try to access them from the Menu but could you please try to find the ‘Documentation/Toontrack’ folder first to see if they actually are there?
