Hi,
sorry for venting, new user, bought SD3, love the software and the sounds, great product.
I was trying to add a new instrument and could not figure it out directly. No problem, hit the manual, look up the instructions.
Unfortunately I remembered my password wrongly, and so I could not access the manual when I needed to.
I just cannot figure out why the manual is only accessible behind a log in? Why is the latest version not with the software on disc, or freely accessible?
It annoyed the absolute crap out of me, because I then had to get out of my flow and do a reset etc – it is not a biggie, really – but I just don’t understand why the manual can’t be right there when it’s needed? I haven’t come across this with other software products, it tends to be there on disc or accessible on website.
That’s it, please consider. Keep up the good work with the rest of it.
