Made of Metal Midi question

Just installed Made of Metal, and it only loaded 4 midi “songs”. Is that really all there is? I’m used to having a good amount of songs – like 10 to 12. If there are really only 4 I feel kind of cheated with this one…I buy as much for the midi as i do the drums.

Truth be told, it may be 4 songs, but they contain a total of 101 unique, individual grooves.

To compare it to other recent Toontrack EZX releases:
EZX Reggae – 56
EZX Hip Hop! – 118
EZX Southern Soul – 166

Sounds like mom plus all the ones you mentioned fall short. I will definitely be asking about this before buying any new ezx’s.

Opinions vary. If you have EZDrummer2, you can preview every groove available in the Toontrack WebShop.
I happen to think they are quality grooves, very suited to their specific styles, and infinitely customizable.

Hmmm…never heard of the webshop. I’ll have to look into that. Thanks for the heads up.

And I never said that the grooves or samples weren’t good, I’m sure they are (haven’t listened yet). I’m just surprised at the quantity (or lack thereof) compared to all the other ezx’s I own.

No big deal, I’ll just get more details from now on and if I don’t think it is worth it to me I won’t buy.
