Hi, I can´t authorize Made of Metal online, then I follow the steps to do it offline and it happened the same “Authorization failed.Contact support for help. Please help!

I don´t know what is wrong, it suppoused to be easy but when i put the serial number and the computer description then the authorization failed appear. Uninstall and install and still failed. Really need to authorize, please help.

I don’t see EZdrummer 2 registered to your account. As per the product description page, an updated EZdrummer 2 is required for operation.
