If I type either LPF or HPF the search can’t seem to get them to find the appropriate presets. However, if I type an extra key (any) and then backspace, there they are
I’m on win7/x64 and it happens in reaper 3.4 OR sonar 8.5.3

btw, the workaround for this is to add them as favorites and choose from there.

Searching for ‘LPF’ or ‘HPF’ works fine here in Reaper 3.4 on Vista 32-bit (EZmix 32-bit obviously).

I’m trying to reproduce your problem in SONAR 8.5.3 x64 and I think I see your problem. When I type LPF or HPF in the search box, I get a window full of presets that have the LPF or HPF in them. Unfortunately, even if the search string is in the Info Box, it will appear in the Browser list so it appears like the search isn’t working because you get so many presets in the list.
I see the same behavior in SONAR 8.3.1 x32 and Reaper 3.4 x64.
I think this is “as intended” behavior but it isn’t as useful to you as it is. However if someone created a guitar preset and called it “Fizzy guitar” and all it had was a high pass filter, you wouldn’t find it if it didn’t work this way.

I think you got it. And by hitting the “extra” letter and going back for some reason it makes it more specific.
Like I said, it’s a minor inconvenience as I of course just have them listed in favorites or you just scroll a little extra but I thought maybe I should report it anyways.
