    Did you file a bug report with Toontrack? If so you may be able to find it but if it was via email then there’s no way to find it here.

    That being said check the velocity of the hits going to SD3. Also the velocity curve in SD3. Where are you doing the mixing – in the SD3 mixer or your daw? If in the mixer check your levels there. If in your daw check there and make sure you’re not over-compressing things. Also check make-up gain on any compression you’re using.

    Thanks Jack!
    I previously filed a report directly to support so I can’t find any email conversations.

    As it turns out, this was an easy fix similar to the last time.
    The verses of the song were low volume, but the chorus was fine.

    A complete newbie error on my part.
    The verses were side stick while the chorus was centre hit.

    I looked everywhere else except what should have been my “first step”…opening the snare.

    Thanks for your help, maybe this post will benefit someone new to SD3.
