If you have fast internet download latest version 2.4 of superior drummer. Cd5 should be already part of the Avatar library which you can also download and update. The serial numbers are also displayed under Your Software inside your login account. You can do that download from any internet computer if you have a dedicated music pc offline.
just to clarify; you cannot download anything library-wise when it comes to SDX:s except for the partial web teasers, which is a minimum installation.
What the OP can do however, except for contacting Support as Michael wrote, is to copy the library over from the old computer to the new.
Oh sorry. I was sitting in the train when I had this idea. But let me remind NuTs1 not to forget checking the library path inside sd2 when just copying the library files.
