logic tempo issues

when i drag a groove in ssd3 into logic it changes the tempo in logic to the tempo of the groove.if I put the groove into the timeline within ssd3 and then drag it into logic it keeps logics tempo.i also have tried the same scenario in studio one and out doesn’t happen.am i missing a setting in logic.also ez drummer and other drum software behave correctly by keeping the tempo of the project not the drum software.

Logic is setting the tempo automatically because you have allowed it to previously and told it to not show you future alerts. You need to go into the preferences  and reset the alerts.
