Hi everyone, would be so happy for any help.
SP3 standalone works fine but I cannot get Logic 9 to find it as an audio unit when scanning. I have deleted cache multiple times.
It does however, find EZ drummer demo (pictured). I actually deleted the EZ drummer demo but magically it lives on somehow on my system though I can’t find any trace of it. Could it somehow be blocking Logic from finding SD3?
So frustrated, please help.
Hi,
can you please open the Product Manager, select the Superior Drummer 3 product and then the Installation info tab and post a screen shot?
Like I did here:

Hi,
by ‘nothing’s happening’, what exactly do you mean?
Have you tried deleting the AU cache, then rebooting your system before launching Logic Pro X again?

I also cannot get it working with Logic Pro 9 (not Logic Pro X). Superior Drummer 3 works fine as a standalone, but cannot be seeing by Logic Pro 9. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
@Studd66:
Please make sure you are running Logic Pro 9 in 64-bit. If you run it in 32-bit mode, a 64-bit only plug-in can’t be loaded.
Next, check your plug-in manager in Logic.

I had the problem that i switched to 64bit mode and logic 9 still opened up in 32. If that happens open logic from the folder icon, not the one you might have in the dock. That helped me
