Hi there and sorry for the late reply.

This very rarely happens so we don’t have any magic recipe for fixing this but I will try and help you figure this out.

    1. On the new computer, are you using a spinning disk or SSD for your C:/ drive? Is the performance good otherwise on that particular disk? (Copying files etc)
    2. How much free disk space is there on your C:/ disk?
    3. How much RAM memory does your computer have and how much is SD3 using (seen at the top right of the interface)
    4. Have you added any User MIDI/Linked folders to the browser, if so: How many files approximately?
    5. Can you try to turn off the advanced sorting in the browser (Options button at the top left in Grooves tab -> Advanced Sorting) and see if the performance changes.
    6. Can you try and Rebuilding the MIDI database by going into Settings/Advanced and clicking the “Restore MIDI Database…” button? (Note that any user MIDI/linked folders will need to be re-added after this)
