    Absolutely you can.

hover over the instrument & you will see a little arrow. Click this. In the menu displayed at the top is search instrument. Click that & a window will open where you can preview & select from what ever SD3 samples you have installed

    Hi Folks

Using SD3, is it possible to just load a single drum instrument instead of a whole kit? I’m looking to use a particular cymbal without using memory for everything else.

To be clear, I’m not looking to mute other instruments in the kit, merely load just a single item from a kit.

    Many thanks in advance

    Rob

You can unload from RAM any instrument or articulation you want and only leave a single instrument (and a single articulation of that instrument if you want). It’s in the manual.
