Lite upgrade problems

I have ezdrummer lite that came with presonus one pro and today upgraded that to ezdrummer. I downloaded the program about 655 MB. it then the program expanded or something then nothing. Opened studio on and ezdrummer lite is still there. Dont know what to do. Cant even find the download.

I have unzipped this and tried to install the 32 bit update and get the followin g error code.

The upgrade patch connot be installed by the widows installer service beacuse the program to be upgrade may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a diffrant version of the program

Hi,

to me it sounds like you downloaded the Full installer but only unzipped it, since you would have noticed if the Installer started.
The update can’t run if it can’t find the Full Product installed.
Please Uninstall EZdrummer (Lite) via the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, then locate the unzipped Full content on your hard drive and launch the installer.
Pay attention to the choices, should you wish to make any Customisation to the installation.
Next, run the latest EZdrummer update.
