i bought a license transfer for SD3 from a friend in a facebook forum, for what he told he apparently was having some money trouble so he sold his license to and contact toontrack to make the proper transfer to my account, so, now i cant reach him right now… but he gave me the ticket for the transfer and all, but i just cant get in touch with either him or here to toontrack staff, any ideas?
Hi,
Before our Support Team can make a transfer – or rather update and remove a serial from a user so a new user can register it- we need the original owner to e-mail them with a request to transfer the license.
His e-mail should include the Name and serial number of the product and the Name and E-mail of the new owner (In this case you)
After they’ve received his transfer request they can to update the serial number and make it available for you to register to your account.
Please see this FAQ:

At the bottom of the FAQ there is a “Contact Support” button you can use to get in touch with our Support. Provide them with the serial and the ticket number you got from the original owner and they’ll look into it!

I have the same problem. I bought the original boxed disc software of Superior drummer plus expansion packs used from an online store on Amazon.com. The original owner can’t be verified/contacted to get the license transferred. I contacted toontrack. I sent in photos of the original box, original discs, serial number to show as proof that I did purchased them and own them and have them in my posession. I have not heard back from toontrack’s support at all.
