Legacy of Rock SDX – missing “Punchy Phaser Preset”

On the website, under “Drums & Presets” for the Legacy of Rock SDX, one of the listed presets are called “Punchy Phaser Preset (by Toontrack)”. I’m really liking how it sounds, but for some reason, when I open Superior Drummer 3 on my computer and load the Legacy of Rock library, this preset is nowhere to be found.

When you purchase an expansion, it’s because you listen to the presets and like the way they sound. So you can imagine the disappointment when some of the presets that got you to buy it in the first place aren’t even included. I would call that false advertising.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Can anyone help?

Wow Petter… an acknowledged bug fixed in less than an hour. Genuinely impressive. You seem to have the magic touch! Can you please look into this acknowledged bug I’ve been waiting to be fixed for 5 months?

Thank you for getting back to me. I have replied to support but I thought I’d inform you as well, as I don’t know who is going to see it first, but the Punchy Phaser preset is also present in the demo playlist for the Classic Rock EZX. I reckon it would be a good idea to sort that out as soon as possible as well.

We do not have an ETA for when the update containing the fix can be released at this time. The development team is working to get the update out as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!
