You can always use multiple midi tracks in your DAW to play one instance of superior drummer. However they will all be playing one specific drum set.
If you are trying to use a groove inside superior drummer you can only trigger the drum set/percussion set that is selected.
The best way is to use more than one instance of superior drummer. I almost always use more than one. It works very nicely. It seems the plug in is very optimized for multiple instances. Sometimes I use 5 or 6 channels of the plug in. This method also gives you far more control of the sounds and mix of the instruments.

If you have certain percussion pieces loaded along with your drum kit, you can select groove parts and drag them either on to your groove (if the perc grooves are not overriding any other parts of the groove) or to an empty spot in the timeline. In either case, there’s the possibility that you need to use to the grid editor to drag the percussion MIDI to the right kit piece.a

Frankly, I would rather use my DAW for separate percussion tracks as I would have different mix requirements for percussion than I would a drum kit.
