Latin Percussion Download Problem

Hey guys, I just ordered the EZX Percussion download from Sweetwater. It says I successfully downloaded it but when I try to use it in Pro Tools, it says it cannot find the sounds. It tells me to reinstall it or move the Percussion folder to the Sounds folder but then the Percussion kit is not even viewable in Pro Tools. I am unable to authorize it too. Reinstalling doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

I’m not sure what you downloaded from Sweetwater. According to our records, it looks like you downloaded the Percussion EZX update from the Toontrack site. I would recommend downloading and installing the full product from your Toontrack account and then applying the update (the update you already downloaded). The full download in available from your My Product page (select the Latin Percussion EZX product) and then click either the red ‘PC’ or ‘Mac’ button (depending on your computer platform). Then run the installer and run the update.
