The Latin Percussion EZX is mediocre. You guys can do a lot better. How about some real sounding Cuban Latin perc. With your ability for great and detailed samples, we should be hearing the fingers on the congas, sticks on the timbalis, etc. and some believable and authentic performances. And make it SD3. Yes?
I agree.
I have the original 24-bit Percussionist from the first version of Superior Drums. But the graphics and midi is mediocre, so I bought the EZX 16-bit version of the same samples for better integration into SD3. However, I too think Toontrack can do better.
I know there may be better samples in Orchestral Percussion, but all I need is percussion for rock, pop or other modern styles. I would very much like some quality percussion with the wonderful search and edit possibilities in SD3.
For the record SD3 ranks among the very best music software I have, it is a pleasure to use.
