Latin Kit EZX no disc in box ?

Advice or help sought,

Title says it all, the box arrived today by courrier.

Er, not sure what I should do, Contacted supplier who have offered to look
into why there was no disc, may have another copy in stock.

Or, is this the way it works:

register the product and D’load from somwhere,
I remember sometime back that all of the EZX’s were included on some other TT disc’s?
I can’t seem to locate anything on my other TT discs.
I do have a box with a registration code for the Latin KIt?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Hi,

did you at least receive a serial number?
If so, you can actually register the product and get access to a full product download in your Toontrack account – and update as well.

yes I did recieve a serial number, so I will register and download the upgrade,

One further point you might be able to help with……
Not knowing the content of the actual disc, is there any resources or extra
midi supplied, and if so is this part of the D’load ?

The Full download equals the DVD and together with the update you will not miss out any product related material.

Tried as you suggested, have downloaded the upgrade,
 however the install fails, Win 7 x64bit throws up a warning

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by windows installer service because the
program to be upgraded might be missing or the upgrade patch may update
a different version of the program. Verify that the program exists etc. etc.

Suggestions help ?

Yes, this message is due to the fact that you didn’t run the Full product installer before the update

Still, it’s weird you got a box with no disk. lol.  Was the box shrink wrapped?

Yup.. shrink wrapped, in an envelope with a courier outer bag,
a 7 ton truck, driver and electronic receipt gizmo.

I checked twice, looked all around and it handn’t spun out onto the floor.

So yeah I was befuddled for a mo or two….

But hey, I learned that you can download the full product,
something I hadn’t been aware of and the TT guys are quite
tolerant of my idiosync.

real anticlimax first though………………………..
