Hey Bill. You’re saying that the Cowbell is sounding as the Udu? Send another Screen shot, but of where to find the pattern you’re using in the Browser Tab. I don’t know where to find Bongo Bell Pattern Variation 8. I would like to try and recreate your issue. Also, you can drag that midi file you’re having an issue with do your desktop, zip it up and upload it if you can.

    Hey billbravo,

Since you mention the Udu, my guess is that you’re using the Latin Cuban MIDI with the Latin Percussion EZX.

The two Latin percussion libraries have different sets of instruments, so there’s no direct translation between them. Latin Cuban Percussion EZX adapts as well as it can to the Latin Percussion EZX, so generally you will get better results using the “EZX Latin Percussion” MIDI with the Latin Cuban Percussion EZX than the other way around, but neither will translate perfectly to the other.

If you have a DAW, you can always load two instances of EZdrummer and run the Latin Percussion EZX and MIDI in one, and the Latin Cuban Percussion EZX and MIDI in the other for the best results.
