kits installed but dont show up in program

I installed drumkit from hell and doesn’t show up in ez drummer 2. All files seem to be in the right place.

asus G55 with i7 16gigs ram… win 7…cubase 5 ( using program as standalone) all updates installed.

Did you get any error message when you installed the EZX?

Did you apply the latest update for the EZX?

Are there updates available when you click the ‘Check for Updates’ from the Menu in EZD2?

Where are you selecting the kits from? Can you post a screen pic of your library menu?
