Kick randomly going silent

When using a multi output Superior Drummer 3 track in Logic Pro X, my kick drum will randomly go silent. Every other element of my kit doesn’t have a problem. Snare, hihat rack tom, floor tom, overheads, ambience all play without issues. When my kick goes silent, the only way to get it back is to change the kick track to a different saved channel strip, and then switch back to my saved kick channel strip. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

Hello

I have the same problem when using the top one independently, the whole kit sounds low, the kick almost nothing, same situation in my daw reaper. please help.

Hi,

which version number is displayed in the plug-in interface (lower left corner)?

I can’t say this is something I have experienced. If you are indeed on the latest available version, maybe you could strip the session/project from any Audio files, ZIP it and attach to a post here?
