Kick and snare only coming through overhead channel.

Kick and snare only coming through overhead channel.
I’m using EZdrummer2 stand alone on macbook pro with Alesis DM10.
All the tracks are fine except kick and snare, signal is very week, only hear reverb,
only because overhead channel is picking up kick and snare.
Can anyone help with this?

Looks like it’s a problem with outboard mixer or bad cord issue. Thanks for your reply.
