I’m using SD3 inside Logic Pro, Ventura 13.2.1. I’ve had the issue with previous OS as well. All my keyboard input is defaulting to Logic and not SD3. As in, I can’t even rename my mixer tracks in SD3. I’ve tried my bluetooth keyboard and my Mac laptop keyboard, none of them go through to SD3. I have Keyboard Shortcuts enabled in SD3.
Make sure that SD3 has focus as that’s easy to miss.

You also need to check the key commands as the reserved ones get remapped when instantiated as a plugin.

Thanked by: drumjack52If your Mac has an Apple silicon CPU, there is an issue that if you resize the plug-in window in Logic, it stops receiving keyboard input until you close and reopen the window. I believe this has been fixed in macOS Sonoma 14.2.

This was the issue – and I’ve since upgraded my OS and things seem to be working. Thanks all!
