keep getting download error

Every time I try to download EZ Keys studio grand 1.0.0 it says “download has stopped. The connection (using proxy server) timed out.

I am using the Toontrack Product Manger.

Please help…

BEST ANSWER

If you are not knowingly supposed to be using a proxy server for http/https, turn it off – go to PM Preferences and click [Proxies:] Change Settings…
