Just upgraded to EZ Drummer 3 – Bandmate issue

Hi All, I use Reaper as my DAW. When I drag a guitar track I rendered in Reaper into Bandmate the timing is off even though I played the guitar part to a metronome. Can I drag the midi drum part into Reaper and just re-record the guitar part? I haven’t found a way to do that yet. Thanks in advance for the help. I just upgraded today 🙂

When you import a audio track into Bandmate, you are prompted to confirm the tempo. Are you sure the correct tempo has been selected at that moment?

You can literally drag a midi file out of EZD straight to a track in Reaper.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the tempo differences as far as Bandmate goes in this case. We’re humans. We’re supposed to be a little off. As long it is matching a MIDI groove to your guitar part properly, you should be good. Dragging MIDI into your DAW should not have any adverse effects as the MIDI should meld right in as far as bar length goes.
