just bought superior d3 + orch and can't install on mac catalina and no help

    followed one instruction from forum, and now the box cannot be checked in order to update….  tech support does not provides anything on that issue, they take our money and i even called them in sweden, the lady said that nobody would talk to me, you guys really suck, i guess that the way it is now when a company has a demand for a good product!!!! who cares!

    All you had to do was create a new folder. Use your installer settings to point to that folder. Install and update as normal.

    what did you do exactly? I have 54 tt products and run Catalina.

    thx digitalpimple for wanted to help.

    to honest i am completely lost now, working on that for the past 4 hours. i copied the folder which contains all the toontrack, ezkeys, ezmix2, drummer 3 and orchestral then i pointed all to this path but when i want to update it opens this window pic below which does not let me checked the box, the box is greyed out so impossible to move on, i am willing to start for zero again but i can’t even find a way on the product manager to delete all and restart from zero, i will appreciate if you could give me some guidance, thank’s in advance.

    1) Did you check the box? (Can’t)

    2) you said you moved the files…  exit out of the that screen  go back to the main PM software.   under the product you need to update click “show details” info at the bottom.

    Select the second tab “installation info” . Next to the “path” info there’s a drop down box  select “change path” and point to the place you moved the software.

    Try again now.

    Also, if you move SDX files make sure you change the path inside SD3 too. In setting preferences library locations.

    great, will do that tomorrow, right now i am downloading the drummer 3 library part 1 and window says it takes about 5 hours, that’s fine as long as that work. since i talked to you i recreated a new folder with all the ezkeys, exmix2, drummer 3 and orchestral, will let you know tomorrow. thank you for your help.

    no problem. I did the same and moved everything I could to an external thunderbolt drive so I know it can get frustrating with all the posting and different instructions.
