I wonder if someone can help me,I have just purchased EZ mix along with Allen Morgans presets and the midi songwriters pack, this is the first download of toon track products, my other purchases have always been discs. How do I get these applications into my DAW, Iknow this sounds a bit of a silly question but would appreciate any help

Why do you think earlier on when I downloaded the songwriters drumpack the insaller was there and now this EZ mix installer
is nowhere to be found ? I am really sorry for the problem, but would like it resolved

Did you download that TT133_EZmix_WIN.exe to your Window’s Desktop or somewhere else?

I can guess that you didn’t download it to your desktop because that it is why you don’t see that ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN’ folder. I also noticed from your previous post that the stuffit extractor extracted to ‘c:usersjohnappdatalocalmicrosoftwindowstemporary’ instead of the desktop. If you follow that path in your computer you should have the ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN’ folder there.

Or, you can download the TT133_EZmix_WIN.exe again but download it to your desktop.

OK, never mind that.

Can you navigate to ‘c:usersjohnappdatalocalmicrosoftwindowstemporary’ and see if there is a folder named ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN’? If so, just drag it to the desktop.

Can you open the Windows Start menu and search for TT133_EZmix_WIN and see if there is anything.

EZmix does have an installer. Actually 2 (one 32-bit and one 64-bit) and they are located in the TT133_EZmix_WIN folder

I really will have to go now it’s 1.05am here in the UK and I have to get up for work in six hours,sorry you couldn’t help, and you tried your best with a non tech guy here
but I guess I’ll just have to live without the EZ mix. Thanks again Scott.

OK. Perhaps this is Windows UAC preventing the extraction. Can you make sure that the UAC is off?

1. Go to Control Panel->User Accounts
2. Click Turn User Account Control on or off and turn the UAC off.

Try clicking the ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN.exe’ file you downloaded again and see if the TT133_EZmix_WIN folder gets extracted.

Scott I don’t know if you are about just now, but I am back home, tried to download it again and after going through the sequence nothing happened,and it is nowhere to be found on my PC
