When you purchased, you should have gotten an email with serial numbers for your products. Log into your Toontrack account and under your ‘My Product’ page click on the ‘Register New Product’ button. You will then be prompted to type in your serial number for your product. Do so and click ‘Submit’. This will make that new product available in your ‘My Products’ page where you can then download the installer. Install the installer for your platform and OS (Windows/Mac, 32-bit/64-bit, etc.).

For EZmix, it should be installed to your plugin directory that Sonar looks and finds your plugins. Or, you need to direct Sonar to the folder where the EZmix plugin gets installed to (if different).

For the Allen Morgan presets; they are .s20 files that are loaded in S2 via the ‘Load Project’ in the Load/Save menu. IOW, you can put them anywhere on your computer and navigate to them through the Load Project window.

I see that you’ve downloaded and authorized EZmix. Are you all set now?

    I’m confused now.

From looking at your account, it looks like you’ve downloaded the EZmix.exe 4 times today and authorized it.

Or, are you saying that you did download, installed, and authorized EZmix but can’t find the plugin in Sonar?

Although I’m not sure how you would have authorized EZmix without loading it at least once in your host…I’m confused.

The reason I have downloaded the application so many times is because it doesn’t appear anywhere in my PC nor in Sonar, I thought that it it it had to be loaded to program files(X86) then scan it in to Sonar, but again it is nowhere to be seen ? I am not the best at tech stuff I am a musician, but all the discs from Toontrack have been fine and loaded no problem, I suppose this is one reason I don’t buy downloads. Can I start again and dowload the EZ mix with you helping me through it ?

    Thanks

    OK.

The EZmix.exe that you’ve been downloading is the installer.

    – Please download that TT133_EZmix_WIN.exe to your Window’s Desktop.
    – Click on it to extract the installer to your desktop in a folder named ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN’
    – Open this folder and read the ‘Important ReadMe.rtf’ file and decide which version (32-bit or 64-bit) you are going to install based on your system (OS and host).
    – When you’ve decided which version (32-bit or 64-bit) you are going to install, open the corresponding installer folder and run the installer.

    – You should see a folder named ‘TT133_EZmix_WIN’
    – Open this folder and read the ‘Important ReadMe.rtf’ file and decide which version (32-bit or 64-bit) you are going to install based on your system (OS and host).
    – When you’ve decided which version (32-bit or 64-bit) you are going to install, open the corresponding installer folder and run the installer.
