It will not install PLEASE HELP

I have downloaded EZ2 did the zip extract when I go to install it said need to be logged in as an administrator. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR! I did some research on line end the “easy fix” is to right click and then click run as an administrator, the only problem is you CAN’T right click the program. I have also gone in to comparability as some help forums say I can see run as administrator but the program will not let me click it. Please help

Exact issue. I opened a ticket with them, got a response within a day, and then six days of NOTHING.

They actually wrote back today to tell me they’re working on it. BTW, I’m windows 8.1 with admin rights and software is patched up to date. No one else experiencing this?
