Issues with saving EZDrummer tracks

Hi,
having issues with saving EZDrummer tracks. I put a drum pattern down & then saved the Pro Tools file. I’ve closed the file & when I’ve re-opened it later, the drum pattern is grayed out & inaudible (I attached a screenshot). So I’ve had to re-create the drum pattern. What is happening & how do I correct this? Thanks!

I have to agree that is seems to be a Pro Tools issue.
I sometimes have the issue in PT12 but never have it in Logic Pro X, Cubase or Mixbus32C on the same machine.

Thanks so much for the help. I later found out that I had the Reverb send as a mono instead of stereo.
