I’m new to this, so this is probably ridiculous, but I’ll give it a try.
I’ve been using EZ Drummer (mostly) worry free for a few months now…recently, I tried to open a new session in Pro Tools (made the stereo instrument track as always and chose EZ Drummer). I then changed the tempo to 97bpm…then I searched through a few motown grooves. I found one that I liked and dragged it to the instrument track. From there, the tempo was totally out of sync…when I try to play it back through Pro Tools (ie. just hit play and listen to the groove), it’s a lot slower than the tempo I set, and it doesn’t seem to be in time at all.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
