Hi all
I bought a new PC yesterday that needed to be rebuilt multiple times due to a sound issue. Due to the multiple rebuilds I am no longer able to authorise Superior Drummer even though the Authorisation Slots are empty.
I have a band turning up to track drum replacements which Superior Drummer is critical too, so I logged a support request to which a reply was sent saying it will take 3-5 days.
Is there another way to register the software. I am also unsure if the SDX packs up license too.

I’ve went ahead and cleared all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

After 6 rebuilds the computer continued to have issues so will be returned but at least I could relicense back on my Mac.
