Issue when cutting midi song bar

Ever since update 3.1.3 or 3.1.4 I’ve had an issue while using SD3 in reaper. Every time I go to cut midi song bar it returns to beginning of the song bar. ie. If I want to cut song bar at measure 48 the visual of SD3 JUMPS back to measure 1….. Was hoping future updates would’ve fixed this… Any workarounds…?

I am trying to reproduce here without success, i.e. it works as expected. Using SD 3.1.6 and Reaper 5.984 64-bit.
Is it possible for you to screen-cast what’s happening?

Now I cannot reproduce it either even in the project that I had the issue with yesterday…lol

I believe the 3.1.6 may have helped a bit more but now that I think about it also could have something to do with other factors in my DAW projects for whatever reason (Fx, automation…ect.)  It got to be an issue for me because I would try to scroll back to my cut and that was disrupting my workflow…I finally found that since I had “follow host” in I could just start the project and be able to find my spot more quickly and easily…
