Is there “Batch Midi file” export available?

I’ve hired a drummer to play loads of grooves on my midi kit, and now edited and sliced up hundreds of midi regions in Logic.
I’d like to export all these and load them into EZ Player Pro, but I can’t find any program that can “Batch Midi file” export.
Is there any such program or utility that can “Batch Midi file” export?

AFAIK, this is not possible with possible with Logic, since it Merges all exported MIDI. Right-clicking each part *could* work but that’s hardly Batch exporting. You’d probably end up with the Track name(s) on the Exported parts.
