Is the first version of Ez drummer compatible with Mac osx lion 10.7.3 and Logic Pro 9.1.7?

I am seriously considering getting Ez drummer, but I haven’t found anywhere here and online about its compatibility with my OS and sequencer. Thanks. Another question? why on Amazon they have this software way cheaper than here??

Running EZdrummer 1.3.1 (64-bit) fine here in Logic 9.1.7 under Lion 10.7.3 on my MBP.
