My install of ED2 came with a Pop/Rock library (pic attached). Is the one on sale now the same thing?

If you upgraded from EZD1 then yes, you already have the Pop/Rock EZX. The Pop/Rock EZX contains the same sound library and MIDI as the EZD1 library.
